💖 Refund & Return Policy
At North & Grace, your happiness means everything to us.
Each piece we create is made with care, and we want you to feel that same care when it arrives at your door. That’s why every order comes with our 100% Happiness Guarantee.
If you’re not completely in love with your purchase within 72 hours of receiving it, we’ll do everything we can to make it right.
Refunds are issued back to your original payment method, typically within 3–5 business days once approved.

Returns (Delivered in Good Condition)
If your order arrived safely and on time but you’d still like to return it, please email hello@northandgrace.com within 72 hours of delivery and include your order number.
After this period, we’re unable to accept return requests.

A $7.95 handling and return fee per unit applies to cover processing and shipping costs.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
Broken or Damaged Items
We want every piece to arrive as beautifully as it left our studio.
If your item arrives broken or damaged, please email hello@northandgrace.com with:

We’ll immediately replace the item at no cost to you.
Order Cancellations
Because we begin production right away, we can only approve cancellations within the first 3 hours after your order is placed.
After that, your order is likely already in production or prepared for shipment.
If you miss this window, you may still return the package once received (minus any non-refundable processing fees).
Please note that payment processors such as PayPal, Stripe, and Apple Pay charge non-refundable transaction fees (usually 3.5–4.7%). These fees are automatically deducted from refund amounts by the processor.
Personalized Products
Personalized items — those featuring custom names, dates, or messages — are made uniquely for you and therefore non-returnable and non-refundable.
However, we always want you to be happy with your order. In select cases, we can offer store credit or a partial discount (up to 50% off) toward a replacement.
Customer Error Policy
Because each custom order is crafted exactly as submitted, we can’t accept returns for incorrect personalizations such as misspelled names or wrong dates.
Please double-check all details before submitting your order.

Holiday Season Policy
During the busy holiday season, our team works tirelessly to ensure your gifts arrive on time.
However, delays may occasionally occur due to high shipping volumes or unforeseen carrier issues.
We kindly ask for your patience and understanding, as refunds cannot be issued for delays caused by weather or carrier-related disruptions.
