How long does production take?

Each North & Grace piece is made to order with care.
💫 Standard items: 1–2 business days on average.
Personalized or laser-engraved pieces: 5–10 business days, as these require extra craftsmanship and quality checks.


It’s been more than two days and my order hasn’t shipped—why?

Our small, family-oriented team values balance and rest (we believe in grace outside of work too 💛).
If you placed an order after 3 PM EST on Friday or during the weekend, it will begin processing on Monday morning and usually ships by Tuesday or Wednesday.


How long does shipping take?

We work with trusted carriers to make sure your gift arrives quickly and safely.
📦 U.S. orders: 3–5 business days (most arrive sooner!)
🌎 Canada, U.K., & E.U.: 5–10 business days
🌍 Rest of world: 7–14 business days


I made a mistake with my order information—can I fix it?

Of course! Please email hello@northandgrace.com within 3 hours of placing your order.
If your order has already entered production or shipped, we may not be able to update it, but we’ll always do our best to help.


Can I cancel my order?

We start crafting your jewelry almost immediately after checkout to ensure timely delivery.
That means we can only approve cancellations within 3 hours of placing an order.
To request a cancellation, email hello@northandgrace.com as soon as possible.


I tried calling but can’t get through.

Our customer care team is available Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM EST.
If you contact us outside those hours, simply email hello@northandgrace.com or send a message through our contact page — we’ll get back to you within 12 hours or less.


How do I track my package?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email with carrier details and live updates.
You can also visit our "Track My Order" anytime to check your order status.


My order says “Delivered” but I haven’t received it.

No worries — here’s what to do:

  1. Check your mailbox, porch, and parcel locker (carriers sometimes split deliveries).

  2. Give it 24–48 hours — carriers occasionally mark packages “delivered” early.

  3. Call your local post office with your tracking number for more details.
